Who we are.... and our philosophy 

First, who we are ... ... we are 2 Pazzi (2 crazy) ... Andrea & Lucie who decided to pursue a career in management, after nearly 22 years of culinary experience in the world we landed in beautiful Prague, we like to think of our restaurant as a place where everyone can feel at ease and enjoy the pleasures of good food in a casual and modern style.

We want to dedicate to our guests constant care and attention but never intrusive, and advising in the selection of our specialties always with respect to their taste, accompany them on a path which could be of culinary satisfaction.
The name  2 Pazzi can  be found in our philosophy of life and relationship with food, we are crazy for life and good food and fresh and carefully chosen ingredients. The absolute quality of the raw materials  is the heart of Andrea´s cuisine style. The technique is in fact in the service of the exaltation of the flavours of the ingredients selected in full compliance with the seasons and the land.
We would like to surprise you with our easy style ...but  never boring!

To delight me in kitchen is one of those activities that more slacken me.The nervous one passes in the energetic gesture of cutting the vegetables.The brain breathes new smells.The heart perceives known and pleasant tastes 

Dilettarmi in cucina è una di quelle attività che più mi rilassa.
Il nervoso passa nel gesto energico di tagliare le verdure.
Il cervello respira odori nuovi.
Il cuore percepisce sapori conosciuti e piacevoli
